Competitive Careers Private Limited Student Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Competitive Careers Private Limited Campus Ambassador - Student Referral Program (CA). By participating in this program, referred to as "CAMPUS AMBASSADOR" you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Overview:

Participation: The Campus Ambassador is offered by Competitive Careers Private Limited (referred to as "We" or "the Company") and is subject to change or termination at our discretion.

Administration: The Campus Ambassador is administered by Competitive Careers Private Limited and monitored by the Counselor.

Referrer Eligibility:

Bound by Terms: Referrers must adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

Non-Self Referral: Referrers cannot refer themselves.

Qualification: Referrers must be existing CCPL students, parents of students, current applicants, or former Competitive Careers Private Limited students.

Making a Referral:

Spirit of Campus Ambassador: Referrers must refer real individuals meeting the requirements.

Prohibited Activities: Creating fake accounts or using fake information is strictly prohibited.

Qualified Referrals:

Conditions: A Qualified Referral meets specific conditions detailed below.

Exemptions: An exemption may be made for a previously inactive contact within the past year.

Geographical Criteria: Referred Students must be Indian residents,

Referring Agent Reward:

Reward Amount: Referrers receive INR 5500 (after taxes) for every successfully commenced referee.

Bank Account Requirement: Referrers must provide an Indian bank account for reward processing.

Reward Process:

Monthly Review: Counsleor will check for successfully commenced Referred Students monthly, counter-checked and approved by the Director.

Confirmation Emails: Referrers receive confirmation emails for successful Referred Students, along with a request for bank account details.

Payment: Online payments to Referrer's local bank account are processed on the 30th or 31st of the following month, depending on the Referred Student's commencement date.

Fraudulent and Suspicious Behavior:

Disqualification: Competitive Careers Private Limited may disqualify Referrers engaging in fraudulent or suspicious behavior.

Prohibited Practices: Use of automated systems, scripts, AI, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

General Terms:

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between Referrers and Competitive Careers Private Limited regarding the Campus Ambassador.

Waiver: The failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

Invalidity: If any provision is found invalid, both parties agree that the court should give effect to the intentions reflected in the provision.

Non-Enforceable Parties: Persons not party to these terms have no right to enforce or receive the benefit of any provision.
